Just wow! I manage a community of over 22,000 women, gender queer, and nonbinary technologists and have hired Rhona on two occasions to deliver skill-building webinars. Each time she delivered new, up to date, and engaging content on salary negotiation, resume building, interview tips, building a personal brand, and more. Not only have members of the community come back saying they used several of Rhona's tips and subsequently found a job/internship, but I myself used one of her top tips to secure a new consulting role! That's just how great Rhona is. I asked her to impact and inspire the members of my community but she ended up inspiring me too.
